Jeff Herbster Solutions Director
Jeff attended Kansas State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Nutrition. He has thirty experience in the industry and held positions at Engineering Automation and Design in Client Relations & Development, Diamond Pet Foods as Director of Manufacturing Development, and Wenger Manufacturing as Corporate Project Services Director.
Will Henry Research & Development Director
Will attended Coffeyville Community College earning an AS in Engineering before graduating from Kansas State University in 1996 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Will brings over seventeen years of industry experience to 1 Solution Group including Extru-Tech, Inc. as Research & Development / SQF Consultant / FSS Lab Director, and Bachelor Controls as Senior Project Engineer, Account Manager.
Norm Schmitt Corporate Sales Manager
Norm attended Highland Community College and graduated in 1978 from Kansas State University with a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Since graduating, Norm has worked in the industry at Mid-American Dairymen as Manager/Supervisor, Bachelor Controls as Manager of Sales and Marketing, and Corporate Sales Manager at Extru-Tech.
